Apply for Membership

Volunteerism:  The Junior League of Owensboro believes volunteering is crucial to understanding our uniqueness.  Our volunteering puts us in contact with many different populations within our community.  Working with and for other organizations allows us to keep in touch with needs in our community.

Leadership:  Nationally we are respected members of several coalitions and our expertise on many issues is sought.  We train women to be better leaders on any size scale.

Training:  Serving on different committees annually teaches our members to learn new skills or fine-tune existing ones.  League provides a "low risk" environment for a woman to challenge established ways of doing things.  The League budgets for training opportunities, conferences and workshops to benefit our members.
